A Little About Me
I’m Diana Winsor from Pickering, Ontario—76 and feeling better than ever since starting my SeneGence journey at 67.
Recommitting to My Wellness Journey
I’ve always prioritized my health, and in 2021, I made a big investment in myself by starting Your Best Life Reset—a lifestyle program created by my friend and wellness coach, Karen Porter.
Since then, I’ve followed the program, but like many of us, life got busy. I leaned into convenience more than planning, and slowly, I noticed shifts in my energy, sleep, and yes… the scale.
So this June, I recommitted to the full 12-week reset—on purpose and with purpose.
