Real Progress, Real Choices, and a Life That Feels Good Again

I promised I’d keep you updated—and here we are, wrapping up Week 2 of my Life Reset journey. And let me tell you, the changes are already showing up in meaningful ways:
✨ My energy is coming back
✨ I’m sleeping better
✨ I feel more like me again

When I talk about “doing it again,” I don’t mean a temporary fix. This is a lifestyle—one I’ve followed for a couple of years now. But this time, I’m going all-in with the Release Phase—a powerful 6-week reset that eliminates certain foods for 6 weeks, to help the body truly cleanse from the inside out.

Making Real-Life Choices

This past week, I was invited to a beautiful luncheon supporting single moms in Ecuador—a cause close to my heart. Now, I had a choice:
Do I skip it to stay “perfectly on plan”?
Or do I go, enjoy the experience, and then get right back on track?

💛 I chose to go.
💛 I chose to enjoy.
💛 And the very next day—I chose to reset again.

Here’s the thing: The first time I did the Life Reset, I followed it exactly—and that’s what I recommend if you’re just starting. But because I’ve done this before, I’ve learned to trust myself. I know how to get back on track, and I did just that.

Yes, the scale went up a bit—but the very next morning, It dropped again. Proof that our bodies respond to consistency, not perfection.

  • Last week’s weight: 144.6 lbs
  • Today’s weight: 142.8 lbs
