9 years ago, I said yes to something I never expected: a beauty business.

I wasn’t looking for a new career. I wasn’t sure I wanted to do in my retirement.

But I was looking for something more, as I was bored; something just for me.

Something flexible.

Something that fit my stage of life.  Something I could be proud of.

When I tried the products, I was hooked—my skin changed, and my confidence grew.

When I shared them, I knew I was in the right place. I love to “serve”: it wasn’t selling (I was in Sales most of my career).  All I needed to do was “Share”.  How many times do you share something you like?  This is no different.  If you are passionate about something, trust me, it is easy to share. 

My life changed.  I don’t know what I would be doing if I didn’t say “yes” that day. 

I built a business that allowed me to grow, serve others, create community, earn trips, and yes, earn an income, even though that’s not why I said “Yes”.  I worked with the same company for 37 years, and all of my friends were work friends.  When I retired, that changed.

And here I am at 76, and 9 years later, still loving this journey.
