A Little About Me
I’m Diana Winsor from Pickering, Ontario—76 and feeling better than ever since starting my SeneGence journey at 67.
I live for summer (even though I ski!)—charity BBQs, garden harvests for the Food Bank, and relaxing under the gazebo.
I believe in nourishing my body with healthy choices.
Mornings are my favourite—Organo Coffee + cuddles with our doggie, Lila.
