6 Weeks, 10 Inches, and a Whole New Energy!

I’ve officially completed the Release Phase of my 12-week Your Best Life Reset — and I’m thrilled to say I’m down 10 inches and 12 pounds! 🙌

But here’s what matters even more to me than the numbers on the scale:

😴 I’m sleeping like a baby again

💃 And I just feel like me again!

Bust: 36.5” ➡️ 34” (-2.5”)

Legs: 24” ➡️ 22” (-2”)

Arms: 13.5” ➡️ 12.5” (-1”)

⚖️ Starting Weight (151.4 lbs)

⚖️ Current Weight (139.4 lbs)

🎉 Total Lost: 12 lbs

Now I’m entering the Maintenance Phase — and this is where it gets exciting. It’s not just about what I’ve released… it’s about what I’m building: better habits, better health, and long-term results. 💚
