“My Life Reset” – It Changed Everything
You may not know this about me… but a few years ago, I began something that completely transformed my life. It was a Life Reset—a 12-week journey with my dear friend and health practitioner, Karen Porter. And let me tell you… it wasn’t just a change—it was a total shift.
Like many others, I had gained weight during COVID-19 and was struggling with sleep, energy, and just not feeling like myself. But this wasn’t some diet trend. Weight loss was a bonus—this was about true healing.
