While weight loss is the only measurable metric—and yes, I’ll be sharing that weekly—this reset is about so much more: vibrant energy, restful nights, and a full-body reset.
Here’s the breakdown:
• 2 Days of Loading 🍽️
• 6 Weeks of Release Phase 🌿
• 6 Weeks of Maintenance Phase 💪
I first did this back in 2021 because I was feeling drained and sleepless. The signs are back, and I’m listening. So here I go again—and this time, I’m bringing you along with me.

My Weight & Measurement Update – June 2, 2025
Daily Weigh-Ins (taken each morning around 6:30 AM):
• May 30 (Start): 147.4 lbs – Beginning of Loading Phase
• May 31: 150.2 lbs – +2.8 lbs after Day 1 of Loading
• June 1: 151.4 lbs – +4.0 lbs total after Day 2 of Loading Phase
• June 2: 148.4 lbs – Lost 3 lbs on Day 1 of Release Phase
💡 The weight gain during loading is normal—it primes the body. The drop on Day 1 of the Release Phase indicates that things are moving in the right direction.

• Hips: 41.5 inches
• Waist: 34 inches
• Bust: 36.5 inches
• Legs: 24 inches
• Arms: 13.5 inches
