Can you believe it’s already been four weeks since I recommitted to Your Best Life Reset? I started on May 30th at 147.4 lbs — and yes, I did the 2-day loading phase (which added 4 lbs and took me to 151.4). But by Day 3, I had already dropped 3 lbs, and now…
✨ I’m down to 141 lbs!
That’s a 6.4 lb loss from my original weight — or 10.4 lbs gone if you count the post-loading phase. Either way, I’ll take it! 🙌
And guess what? I decided to measure myself at the 4-week mark, and I’ve already lost 8 inches overall. Whoop whoop!! 🎉💃
The best part?
