Your Best Life Reset – My Week 1 Results

My “Week 1” Your Life Reset Journey

I promised to keep you updated each week with real, honest reflections—tips, photos, progress, and whatever comes with the journey. I’ve just completed Week 1, and here’s how it went…

Week 1 is all about detoxing, and yes, I felt it! A little more tired than usual—not extreme, but noticeable. Honestly, this is exactly why I chose to reset again. I was feeling low on energy, and my sleep had started slipping.

You often see the biggest drop in weight during the first week, although not every day shows a change. (I even stayed the same one day—psst… bathroom habits do affect the scale!) 😉

This week, I’m sharing my daily weigh-ins and before/after photos. After this week, I’ll post only my starting and finishing stats. The next time I’ll take updated photos will be after completing the Release Phase.

Here’s a quick breakdown:

🔹 Starting weight before Loading Phase: 147.4 lbs

🔹 Post-Loading Phase (after gaining 4 lbs): 151.4 lbs

🔹 End of Week 1: Down to 144.6 lbs

➡️ Net loss from starting point, including 2 days of Loading: 2.8 lbs

➡️ Total weight loss (after Loading): 6.8 lbs

A reminder: The program begins with a 2-Day Loading Phase—yes, you eat until you can’t eat anymore! It’s critical for revving up your metabolism before transitioning into intermittent fasting. I gained 4 pounds during this, which is completely normal.

But for me, this isn’t just about the number on the scale. My true goals are to restore my energy and reset my sleep patterns. This is an inside-out transformation, and I’m doing it with Health Practitioner, Karen Porter.

Weight is just one metric—I’ll also be tracking inches, but only at the end of the Release Phase.

Let’s reset. Let’s rise. Let’s be ageless—together.

With love & transparency,

💙 Diana
