Who is Diana?

Who Is Diana? A New Chapter at 77

Have you ever looked at your life and wondered, “What comes next for me?”

I have.

After 37 years with the same company, I retired at 57. I had worked hard, continued my education and finished my career as Director of Marketing. My days had been full of people, responsibility and purpose.

Then everything became quieter.

My colleagues had been my work family. I missed the conversations, the laughter and the feeling of being part of something. Retirement gave me freedom, but it also left space I wasn’t quite sure how to fill.

I didn’t know then how much was still ahead of me.

Finding connection, and a new direction

My first experience in direct sales was in the weight-loss industry. I became a customer, experienced my own transformation and discovered how much I enjoyed encouraging other people.

Over seven years and two companies, I learned what mattered to me: connection, products I believed in and the opportunity to help someone feel better about themselves.

In July 2016, after two months of researching and watching, I joined SeneGence.

The sisterhood drew me in. The friendships, learning and possibilities gave me reasons to stay.

Ten years later, I’m still here, and still growing.

Beauty became personal

My own skin helped shape the work I do today.

As I learned to care for it consistently, I saw changes that gave me confidence. Facial Resurfacer became a favourite in my routine, and CCTM—Colour Correcting Tinted Moisturizer—showed me how simple makeup could be.

I wanted to understand more, so I studied. Today, I’m a certified makeup artist and skincare advisor, with training in colour theory.

But the most useful thing I bring to a conversation may be this: I’m experiencing these changes, too.

At 77, I understand looking in the mirror and noticing that your skin, eyes or brows aren’t quite as you remember them. I understand wondering why the makeup you’ve always used suddenly feels different.

And I know how encouraging it can be when someone helps you find a simple approach that works for you now.

What Be Ageless means to me

Be Ageless with Diana has grown along with me.

It’s where I share skincare guidance, easy makeup, wellness and self-care ideas, and the encouragement to keep trying something new.

My purpose is to help women over 50 look their best, feel their best and live with confidence.

Sometimes that starts with a skincare routine. Sometimes it’s a little colour, a makeup lesson or a conversation around my table.

You don’t need to know where to begin. You don’t need a drawer full of products. And you certainly don’t need to apologize for your age.

You deserve guidance that feels welcoming, practical and suited to you.

This chapter keeps surprising me

This year, I turned 77 and celebrated ten years with SeneGence.

I also received the Ms. Annual SeneSynergy Award, SeneGence’s highest recognition, nominated by my peers for leadership, mentorship and positive impact. Being recognized by people in this community meant so much to me.

Along the way, I’ve written an ebook, A Woman’s Guide to Beauty, Wellness & Confidence at Any Age, and created 77 Days of Living Ageless to share lessons and encouragement from my own life.

I host beauty experiences, teach workshops and welcome women into conversations about what confidence can look like at every age.

And lately, I’ve been learning things I once found intimidating, including new technology and building my website with AI.

Do I always feel confident before I begin? Absolutely not.

Sometimes I’m nervous. Sometimes I need help. Sometimes I have to try again.

But I’m learning that I can feel uncertain and still take the next step.

Beyond the beauty

I live in Pickering, Ontario. I’m a wife, mother, nana, and dog mum to Lila, my rescue Morkie.

Family, friendship and community matter deeply to me. So does giving back, especially when animals are involved.

I enjoy bringing people together, sharing a laugh and helping someone discover a possibility they hadn’t considered.

That’s the Diana behind the website.

Still curious. Still learning. Still finding new reasons to say yes.

And what about your next chapter?

If something has changed for you, your skin, your confidence, your routine or your sense of what comes next. I hope you’ll feel at home here.

You don’t have to have it all figured out. I certainly didn’t when I retired at 57.

Twenty years later, I’m still discovering what’s possible.

I’d love to hear what you’re hoping for in your next chapter.

Let’s start a conversation.

With love,

Diana

Your Ageless Beauty Mentor 💜
