At 77, I’m Still Learning, Growing and Discovering What’s Next!

If someone had told me ten years ago that at 77 I’d be building websites, creating digital resources, sending newsletters, learning about automation, and now working with artificial intelligence, I’m not sure I would have believed them!

But here I am.

And you know what? I’m loving it!

One of the things I’ve always believed is that age should never determine what we’re capable of accomplishing. We may need to learn differently, take a little more time, or ask a few more questions, but that doesn’t mean we stop growing.

In fact, I believe some of our most exciting chapters can begin when we least expect them.

My Journey Didn’t Begin With Technology

When I retired at 57 after 37 years with the same company, I knew I wasn’t ready to stop being involved, contributing, and connecting with people.

I missed the friendships, the camaraderie, and the feeling of being part of something.

That search for connection eventually led me into direct sales and, in 2016, to SeneGence.

What began as a love for beautiful products and the sisterhood grew into something so much bigger.

Over the years, I’ve discovered a passion for helping women look their best, feel their best, and live with confidence.

But I’ve also discovered something about myself.

I love learning. And I love a challenge!

Then Came Modern Direct Seller

One of the biggest turning points in my business journey was discovering Modern Direct Seller, and especially its sister company., Oh My Hi (My Website).

I joined because I wanted to learn how to grow my business, but I had no idea just how much this community would change things for me.

Today, I’m a VIP member, and I can confidently say it has been a total game changer.

The education, resources, training sessions, masterminds, and coaching opportunities have opened my eyes to possibilities I hadn’t even considered.

From content creation and marketing strategies to customer relationships, business planning, and technology, there is always something new to learn.

And here’s what makes it even more special.

It’s the people.

We’re a community of like-minded women and men who genuinely want to see one another succeed.

We share ideas. We brainstorm. We strategize. We encourage each other when things get challenging, and we celebrate each other’s accomplishments.

There is no age limit on belonging, contributing, or learning something new.

I’ve received so much encouragement from this community, and I’ve also had the opportunity to share my own experiences and help others.

That means the world to me.

Because success is so much sweeter when we grow together.

Oh My Hi Opened Another Door

Through this journey, I discovered Oh My Hi, and it has completely changed how I approach my online business.

What started as wanting a beautiful website has grown into so much more.

Today, my Be Ageless with Diana website is becoming a home for everything I’m passionate about: skincare, makeup, wellness, beauty education, community, and inspiration.

I’ve learned to create landing pages, digital resources, newsletters, and ways to stay connected with the people who trust me with their beauty journey.

But what I appreciate most is that I haven’t had to figure everything out alone.

The support, guidance, and opportunities to learn have made an enormous difference.

I’ve also had the privilege of receiving one-on-one coaching and support from Becky, the founder, and her team.

And believe me, I still have questions!

The difference now is that I’m no longer afraid to ask them.

And Now, Along Comes AI!

Just when I thought things couldn’t get more exciting, artificial intelligence entered the picture.

And what an adventure this has been!

I’m discovering how AI can help me organize my thoughts, develop ideas, create content, plan projects, and work through challenges that once seemed overwhelming.

It’s even helping me bring a whole new vision for my website to life.

Does that mean I suddenly know everything about technology?

Absolutely not!

I’m still learning. I still get confused. Sometimes things don’t work the first time, and sometimes I have to try again.

But now I see those moments differently.

Instead of thinking, “I can’t do this,” I’m learning to ask, “How can I figure this out?”

And that one change in thinking is incredibly empowering.

AI doesn’t replace my ideas, my creativity, or my experience. It helps me bring them to life.

The Real Magic Is Still Human Connection

With all this talk about websites, technology, automation, and AI, I never want to lose sight of what matters most to me.

People.

The relationships we build. The friendships we nurture. The encouragement we give. The knowledge we share.

Technology may help us connect, but it’s the people behind the screens who make those connections meaningful.

Some of my greatest moments have come from conversations with other entrepreneurs, sharing something I’ve learned, helping someone work through a challenge, or hearing that something I’ve done has inspired another person.

And sometimes I’m the one who needs encouragement.

That’s the beauty of community.

We don’t have to have all the answers. We just have to be willing to support one another along the way.

At 77, I’m Not Winding Down

I’m discovering what’s next!

I’m proud of what I’ve accomplished, but I’m even more excited about what I’m still learning.

I don’t measure my journey by how much I know. I measure it by how willing I am to keep growing.

And if there’s one message I hope you’ll take away from my story, it’s this:

You are never too old to learn something new, embrace a challenge, build meaningful relationships, or discover a new passion.

You don’t need to understand every piece of technology.

You don’t have to have everything figured out.

And you certainly don’t have to do it alone.

Find people who encourage you. Surround yourself with those who inspire you. Stay curious. Ask questions. Try something new.

You might just surprise yourself.
